Crop logo with artboard
If you are working in Illustrator, Figma, or a similar design tool, start by cropping your artboard to your logo. Snap to guides are helpful here, but make sure to zoom in close and make sure you haven’t left any pieces outside of your new artboard area.Remove background
Select your artboard and remove the background to ensure the logo will export without one.Export as SVG
Lastly, save / export your file as an SVG format. Why SVG? SVG files are vector based and work on the web. It Standards to take your logo files and use them throughout your document in Automations, as well as re-color, re-size, and make other user-controlled manipulations.FAQ
Can I upload a color logo, or a logo with multiple colors?

Yes, but keep in mind any color overlays in Standards will need to be removed if your uploaded logo doensn’t support it.
Can I upload a raster logo (such as a.png)?
Can I upload a raster logo (such as a.png)?
Yes, but you will be limited in the ways you can manipulate the logo in Standards. For example, you wouldn’t be able to change its color.
What if my logo has a color background as part of the brand?
What if my logo has a color background as part of the brand?
No problem, but we would still encourage you to upload the logo with no background, and then assign a background color to the logo in the Standards app when the logo is in use. This will allow you to still resize your logo easily. You can always try uploading with a background color and you’ll see what we mean.
