# Troubleshooting

All responses will include the header `x-request-id` containing a random, unique identifier. Including this in support requests can make diagnosing the issue simpler and faster.

## Error: The page has not been published

This error may be returned from the [/page/id](/api-reference/workspace/retrieve-the-content-of-a-published-page-as-markdown-scope:-documentread) endpoint when a project hasn't been re-published since the API was enabled. Re-publish the project to ensure the page content is generated.
